This project is the third in a continuing series completed in collaboration with the author and scholar Kate Bernheimer. Published at Design Observer: Places, this installment also featured two additional works by Abruzzo Bodziak and SO-IL. In this series of representations we looked at conditions of death as portrayed in the story, a state of hypothermia and hallucination. The images are elements of the story as photographed through the distorting surfaces of ice sheets, made in the freezer of our kitchen.
